A Trip to Farmer's Market

The weather was perfect today so we decided to head with some of our friends to the Dallas Farmer's Market. Drew started his own vegetable garden a couple of days ago so I thought it would be fun for him to see an outdoor produce market and get an understanding of where our food comes from. We had a fun time trying out all of the delicious fresh fruits and followed our trip with a picnic at White Rock Lake. Hopefully at least one thing will flourish in Drew's garden, otherwise my science project may be a flop.
