Reid was princess for a day for her birthday, Drew was the "King" on his. He planned his entire day from breakfast to bed time. First, we headed to the baseball fields as the sun came up to hit some balls and run the bases. Then Drew rode his new scooter out front. Grammy brought breakfast tacos from Rudy's (this was a specific request). Next was a trip to the Flight Museum, then to Army/Navy Surplus store for some gear of his own. Tin Star for lunch and cupcakes at Sprinkles. The requested dinner was Mac n' Cheese (Kraft), birthday cake of course and then out fishing with Dad. He even caught a fish! What a day out little man had. Drew told me that night that he could not think of a single thing that he did not get to do on his special day. I love birthdays and apparently, so does Drew! He certainly knows how to the perfect day. Happy Birthday to the best little man I know.
Making the cake the day before. "I want a baseball cake with a field and bases."
