I am writing this entry with a heavy heart. This weekend was very sad for our family as we had to say goodbye to our best friend, Sayde. Her health took a turn for the worst on Friday night and we had to make the aweful decision to let her go. Sayde was a loyal companion to Chad and I for the past 11 years and welcomed Drew to our family with open arms (and lots of kisses). She made us laugh every day and knew exactly how to help me in tough times. She was under my feet late at night when I was studying for law school exams and curled up next to me night after night when my brother passed away.
I miss you every moment Sayde girl and will always remember you for your unconditional love and friendship.
