Go Tator Tots!

Drew finished his first team sport on Saturday, soccer on the Tator Tots. It was an interesting experience and fun with low expectations. After all, we are talking about an organized sport for 3 and 4 year olds. There was a lot of pushing (thankfully not by Drew), running in circles and a few goals thrown in to keep the parents on their toes. Drew had fun wearing the uniform and being part of a team. He looked forward to the games and played well --if he was in the right mood. Some games he was a star and other games he just wanted to run in circles (literally). During this last game of the season, Drew was very into being goalie. I am not quite sure where that interest came from. Maybe he figured out he didn't have to run as much if he guarded the goal. Anyway, we are excited that he made it through this first sport experience without any tears and with a lot of enthusiasm. Way to go Drew!
