Chad surprised Drew and I with playoff tickets to the Dallas Stars hockey game last night. Drew was so excited when Chad called to tell us that we were going. He was jumping up and down and saying "go stars!" We have spent many days up in Frisco at the Stars hockey practices so he is a big fan and can name a lot of players.
Drew couldn't wait to get there and bugged us the whole way down town. The Stars lost, which was a let down, but we had a great time. Drew's favorite part was when the players came out onto the ice and they announced the starting line up (especially when they call out Turco, the goalie). His game watching was alternated with eating pizza and watching the little boy next to us blow bubbles with his gum. I doesn't get any better than that. Thanks Chad for the fun evening!
