Getting Ready for Halloween

We started getting into the Halloween spirit today.  First, we carved our pumpkin.  Drew wanted a "hook em" pumpkin so we decorated it with Longhorns. I am liking the end result.  By the way, if you happen to make it to William Sonoma after Halloween grab one of their Pumkpin Carving kits on clearance. I bought one a couple of years ago and put it to use for the first time today. It's awesome. Really makes carving the pumpkin a lot easier with all the special tools.

After his bath, Drew and I climbed in bed with a bowl of popcorn and watched the Great Pumpkin Charlie Brown. He loved Snoopy and I enjoyed sharing one of my childhood memories while Drew rested his head on my lap.
